Birthday Parties

• Parties start at 6 years old, but all guests must be at least 5 years old to participate, and no older than 14. Typical party sizes range from 10 – 20 kids with 36 kids being the maximum we can accommodate. You will be the only group in the gym during your party
• During the 1st hour, your children will be challenged to fun obstacle training with our professional ninja staff. After the hour in the gym, you have 30 minutes for food and cake (you must supply the food and drinks). NO ONE is allowed back into the ninja area after the activities are completed
• Parents are not allowed in the gym area (on the mats) for safety reasons, but can watch from the perimeter
• Presents should be brought home to be opened as there just isn’t enough time without shortening the gym time

Food and Paper Goods

• We supply generic white paper goods including plates, cups, forks, spoons, napkins OR you may bring your own
• You supply your own food and drinks. We have a refrigerator & freezer for storing cold item and we help to setup, serve, and cleanup
• For pizza, we recommend Julian’s Brick Oven Pizza at (203) 445-7032 – YES, they deliver
• Guest parents MUST fill out the waiver at the link below if they haven’t done so in the past year, please include with your invitation
• Please NO balloons or Pinata’s

Attire

Athletic Clothes, SNEAKERS (REQUIRED) preferably with laces for tightness

1. Click on appropriate date from the calendar below. If the calendar is blank on that day then we are not holding parties on that day. If there is a “0” next to the date then it is already booked.
2. Once you click on a time slot in a date box, a registration form will come up. Enter the family info then click on the blue + sign to enter ninja info.
3. Your credit card will be charged the $100 deposit within 48 hours. The Party Deposit of $100 is non-refundable 4 weeks or less before party unless we can fill the spot, or if you are able to rebook the party.
4. Please email us by the Monday before the party with an approximate maximum count to MonroeNinjaAcademy@gmail.com so we can properly staff the party!
